Member quick start guide: Let's make the most of your health plan

Whether you're a new Medicare member or you've been with us for a while, we'll walk you through the things you can do to make the most of your member resources and everything your health plan has to offer.

Create your account

First things first: If you haven't already, create an account at regence.com. Have your member ID card handy, and it'll take only a few minutes to set up. With an account, you'll have easy access to tools and resources—all personalized based on your health benefits.

Find a primary care provider

Having an ongoing relationship with your personal doctor, or primary care provider (PCP), is one of the most important things you can do for your health. To find a PCP near you, sign in to your account and use the provider search tool. You can also give us a call, and we'll help you find one.

Schedule your care

Make appointments for any preventive care visits you need, such as your Annual Wellness Visit, vaccines and screenings. With Regence, most preventive care is covered at no cost when you go to an in-network provider. See what’s covered so you can find care and get scheduled.

Review all your benefits

Your Regence Medicare Advantage plan comes with lots of extra benefits, like the Silver&Fit® program; $0 routine dental, vision and hearing; and more. Your plan also offers behavioral and mental health coverage. Sign in to your account to view all your plan benefits.

Know where to go

From routine checkups to support in the middle of the night, we're here to help you understand the different ways you can get care, including 24/7 nurse advice and virtual care. Medicare Advantage members can access Doctor On Demand for convenient phone or video appointments.

Earn rewards

With the Healthy Rewards program, included in your Regence Medicare Advantage plan, you can earn rewards when you complete select health services during the year, such as $50 in rewards for getting your Annual Wellness Visit and $15 in rewards for your flu vaccine. Finding providers in your network

For urgent and emergency care, you can go to any facility and get in-network coverage. For other types of care, your network coverage depends on what type of Medicare plan you have.

If you have a Medicare Advantage HMO plan, you can only visit doctors in your plan’s network.

If you have a Medicare Advantage PPO plan, you can go out of network, but you’ll save money when seeing doctors in your network.

It’s easy to check whether providers are in your network. Just sign in to your account and use the provider search tool (get a step-by-step on how to use it).

A few more things for members

Check on prior authorization
If you're new to Regence and have any ongoing treatments that require prior authorization (PA) for coverage, we'll carry over your PA for 90 days. Be sure to ask your provider to submit a new PA request to us within this time frame.
